I feel love in every cell of my body and it is the greatest gift I’ve ever been given. Embodied love changes everything by transforming the world around us and the world inside of us. Embodied love creates a completely different warp and weft of life—one that sustains and revitalizes. Embodied love is Big, Unconditional Love. It does not parse out what is acceptable and what is unacceptable. It does not divide. It does not seek to conquer or power over. Instead, it settles in to the Being, the cells of the Body with a Wild Mercy that undermines self-doubt and self-criticism. When Embodied love acts in the world, it creates the best possible circumstances—for ourselves and for everyone involved.

I know the truth of that because I live it. This is my current experience of my everyday life.

I can think of no better gift to give than to teach others how to receive this quality into the cells of the body and live Embodied Love.
